The place itself is nice, but I’ve never been treated this badly by a hotel. We were paying by the day and went to pay that morning, only to be told we had to leave because the ceiling was leaking. They wouldn’t let us switch rooms. They said someone else had booked ours, which wasn’t true. As we left, maintenance was going into the room and water was running into the hallway. They rushed us out and were rude and disrespectful. The housekeeper kept calling the room and pounding on the door, with a terrible attitude. None of this was our fault, but they treated us like trash. I’d never recommend staying here. If something goes wrong, this is how you may be treated.

The room was clean and pleasant, without that usual hotel smoke smell. The water pressure was great, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t especially strong but stayed consistent. Breakfast in the morning was nice as well. What stood out most, though, was how welcoming everyone was. Every front desk person and housekeeper I met was friendly and seemed genuinely glad we were there. I’d strongly recommend this place.

I was greeted courteously and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was included, and they accepted my AARP card, which saved me $10. I also appreciated having a fitness room on site, even though I didn’t need it for this visit. For a quick overnight, I’d stay here again.

The food was great, I had a Philly cheesesteak both nights. My room was very clean, and the people were wonderful. Seneca checked me in and was especially kind, sweet, and thoughtful about my situation.

We booked at the last minute and found an older hotel that’s been kept up very well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The price was good, the service was good, and I’d definitely stay here again.
