The valley views are the highlight for me, with great sunrises, sunsets, and night skies. Rockbridge Inn is just five minutes from town but far enough away to miss the noise, bright lights at night, and rowdy guests you might run into elsewhere. It's very quiet, apart from the occasional sound of cars down in the valley. The rooms are a good size, bathrooms clean, and prices fair. I've stayed here three times and had a great experience each time. I like supporting locally owned hotels because they feel more welcoming and don't have the drawbacks of big chains. Whenever I'm in Lexington, I stay here.

A real roadside motel, with a clean, roomy room and a comfortable bed and pillows. We felt safe there. It's outside Lexington proper, but only a five-minute drive away. I'd stay again if I were in the area.

For a quick overnight weekend trip, this place was just right. Other spots around were overpriced, while this one was affordable, clean, and fresh. The front desk was very helpful, and the room suited a short stay perfectly. No frills, just spotless and fresh, with good WiFi and streaming TV.

We came for the 611 excursion and couldn't find availability anywhere until we found Rockbridge Inn. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The inn looked like it had some recent updates. We'd definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

BEWARE, the motel has been CLOSED for several months, but the reservation system still took my credit card details when I booked a room last month. Now someone out there has my card information! The website is down and the phone number is out of service.
