The beds are super comfortable, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. While our apartment was being renovated, they went above and beyond to help my family and me feel safe. Extending our stay multiple times was easy. They have kitchen supplies at the front desk if you need anything. There’s also lots of grass outside for my service animal. Thanks, extended stay, I appreciate you.

We had a pipe burst in the kitchen and flood the whole floor. What did management do? Handed me towels. They also don’t seem to care about elderly or handicapped residents. Everyone has to walk all the way around, even if their room is next to another door. There are roaches, and management sucks. My daughter was attacked by a vicious pitbull, and when law enforcement tried to make contact, management covered for them. Avoid this place if you can.

I was worried about our safety and well-being here, and wouldn’t stay again. My friend and I were visiting from out of town and only wanted somewhere to get ready for a big event. I hadn’t planned to spend the night, but if I had, I would’ve left right away. I don’t know how this hotel is still open. It should be shut down by the city. Do not stay here. There were strange people outside and in the lobby, and someone was dragging a black trash bag through the halls. When I went to my car, two people were arguing so aggressively and loudly that you could hear them inside the hallways. Bags from one room stretched down the hall for three doors, as if someone were moving out of an apartment. My room was dim, the light flickered, the floor was sticky, and the whole hotel reeked of weed. It was so filthy I was scared to touch anything. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I had to warn people about wasting their time and money. I was horrified.

The clerk said the hotel was overbooked, so there wasn’t another room available. My room smelled strongly of weed, the carpet had burn marks, and the TV had no remote. I called the front desk but got no answer. I asked the night clerk for dryer sheets, since we used those on deployment in the Middle East to make rooms smell better, but they didn’t provide any. I ended up accepting my fate. At check-in, tired after hours of driving, I found guests backed up because of a clerical error. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to check me in at the same time. After a night of terrible weed-smell nightmares, I looked forward to the grab-and-go breakfast. Instead, there was a dirty cabinet, two coffee machines that were out of order, and a picked-over cabinet with only two oatmeal packets left. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s better than this one.
