The room never got cold even with the AC set to 61, and when I asked for extra pillows the front desk cheerfully said there weren't any. I also had to request an ice bucket and plastic cups, which meant staff calling housekeeping to find them. The staff were very rude and there were no amenities. I didn't feel safe in that part of town, either. After the stay my cat came home with fleas, mites, and bedbugs, and has been itching frantically. I've had to buy several medicines for her. This really is a fleabag hotel, and I won't return.

I had to change rooms three times. The first one had a broken toilet and cockroaches. The next hadn't been cleaned, and it looked like someone had peed on the floor. In the third room, a bedbug bit my forehead and arm. It was a horrible experience. I went back to the desk around 10:30 at night, but the man there was rude and refused to refund me, then shut the little window in my face. I had to go across town to stay somewhere else. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk person was pleasant and understanding, and the location worked for the place I needed to visit for work. I hope management takes the condition of the hotel more seriously. My room was disgusting, neglected, and had bedbugs. The building smelled of marijuana, and stray cats were peeing and pooping everywhere. The AC still hadn't cooled the room after two hours, so staying became unbearable and I had to leave. There are no staff after 10 PM, so you're on your own late at night.

The kind room service worker was the only good part of the experience. The location had a bad odor, and the woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and showed no empathy.
