For three days, we had cold water in the shower, and I won't come back. When we called the front desk, no one answered; when we went there, nobody was present. We called again while standing at the desk, and someone finally showed up. They said they could move us to another room and hope it had hot water. With a baby and all our things, we didn't want to pack up and move, so we stayed with the cold water.

The front desk service was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. They hold a $50 fee for possible room damage, but you get it back if your room is in good condition, so it's nothing to worry about. They also have free beer and pasta in the lobby every Monday and Wednesday.

The lady at the front desk was great and helped us get into another room after the first one smelled strongly of dog and urine. I'm currently staying here and wouldn't recommend it. Rooms lack basics like a coffee maker and conditioner, the beds are just okay, and the air conditioner doesn't work well, so expect to be hot.

Everything was clean, and it's a decent hotel. The breakfast included is very limited, just bagels. The beds are very mushy, and the front desk staff seemed a little unbothered.

The front desk lady was super sweet, and the rooms are big. But nothing in our room worked, not the TV or the AC/heater, and we were freezing the whole time. It seemed like a really nice hotel, but it isn't. Keep going to the la Quinta.
