The house has been completely redone since I stayed there a few years ago. Every room now has its own bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the changes. The price was still the same, which I found amazing. The owner was very nice and made me feel comfortable, so I'll be back. On my first visit, the low price felt fair for what I got, since the owner was new to running a bed and breakfast and some things weren't what a typical traveler might expect. I needed somewhere to stay for a few nights in LA recently, and the remodeled house worked out well.

Breakfast is made fresh by the chef and served at a shared table, with great coffee and nice company. We stayed in the Hollywood room, a roomy space tucked at the top of the stairs. The old mansion has a quaint feel, like walking into someone's thoughtfully designed home. My wife and I had a fantastic time, and the prices were great. It's a hidden gem in LA, especially handy if you're visiting one of the many consulates nearby, about a 10 to 20 minute walk away. We'd stay here again and again.

Parking is included, and you can walk to food and other businesses from this spot. We stayed in the guest cottage on our first trip to Hollywood, and it was cozy, homey, clean, with comfy pillows. Nothing fancy, but just what we wanted. The owner was kind and helpful too. A good affordable choice with a unique feel and a great location. We'll come back. Thanks!

The Small Room was right beside the kitchen, so we could hear people cooking and moving around in there. That was a minor tradeoff for such a reasonable price, and I loved the place overall. I stayed here for a wedding last year, it was inexpensive and welcoming, and within walking distance of everything I needed. A friend has a wedding next year, and I expect I'll book this room again if it's available. Fingers crossed!

Dianne was so helpful, and I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. I loved the house, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. If I go back to L.A., I'll definitely stay there again. Such an enjoyable stay.
