Apparently, “as soon as possible” means the elevators stay out until the property management team feels like fixing them. Enjoy climbing several flights of stairs to get to your apartment. And don't worry, they'll be fixed “as soon as possible”!

Ms. Simpson made my apartment tour a pleasant experience and was great with customer service. She also made moving in easy and checked that everything was ready. Thank you, Ms. Simpson!

I've been a long-term resident at Metro 417, and Marnae has been one of the best property management employees we've had. She's attentive, quick to respond, professional, and friendly even when things are pressing. We're lucky to have her at Metro 417. She really makes the community better.

Marnae has been professional, communicative, and reliable. She keeps residents in the loop and handles situations efficiently, and it's clear she takes pride in her work. I've had a great experience with Metro 417 because of her. That said, the maintenance team needs restructuring. There were too many things wrong with my place when I first moved in, and I had to submit four maintenance requests.
