The O Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The location made our concert stay easy. Crypto Arena was close, with lots of restaurants nearby, shopping a couple blocks away, clubs and bars around, and even a rooftop bar next door. The hotel itself has a nice gathering area on the second floor and a karaoke bar downstairs. Our room had the best AC unit ever. It’s a pretty hotel, and the staff were so helpful and kind. Raul at the front desk and Jesus the doorman deserve raises. Our stay was perfect.

Be careful about the parking. They say it’s available, but then ask for another $12 per hour or $40 a day. We changed our booking to one night and moved to a different hotel with actual free parking. The room looked straight at a wall, like a prison. The one bright spot was the very kind person at reception.

For a quick weekend, it had what I needed. The room basics were there and the bathroom was clean, though some areas could use a little touch-up. The curtains and parts of the carpet were old and stained, and the AC worked well but looked like it might fall off. The area seemed alright, just take care walking outside late and keep to yourself.

There were bed bugs, and I had to see a doctor to confirm it. The manager wouldn’t cooperate or arrange an official inspection with an independent third party. They said they’d talk to a supervisor and get back to us, but never sent anything. A total mess.
