The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles

Nikko at the front desk is the main reason I keep returning to this hotel year after year. He always welcomes us with real warmth, professionalism, and kindness, and treats us like royalty as soon as we walk in. He remembers us, makes sure everything is taken care of, and makes us feel valued every time. Service this consistently good over the years is rare. Thanks, Nikko, for looking after us so well. You're appreciated, and this place feels like a second home because of you.

What stayed with me most was the people. Harrison, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Giana, Ingrid, Darius and Megan at the Club Lounge, and Gloria and Christina at the front desk all went out of their way to care for my sisters and me. They made us feel seen, supported, and pampered. Their hospitality was the crème de la crème. The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles made every part of our visit feel thoughtful and smooth: efficient, warm check-in and valet, a stunning suite upgrade, a personal city tour, lovely branded champagne, and even the effort to find suitable soap for a nursing mother to wash her pump. They met every request with a smile and a sincere wish to make the stay special. The respect, care, and compassion were extraordinary, and the attention to detail was impeccable. This really is the pinnacle of luxury. If you're considering a stay, don't hesitate. Book, and you'll be glad you did. You'll leave dreaming of returning. I certainly am.

The rooftop pool and lounge were a great place to relax and look out over the skyline, and the on-site food was top-notch. Leo and I had an amazing time at the Ritz-Carlton in Downtown LA. The luxurious rooms, city views, and attentive staff all exceeded what we expected, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you're after a memorable Los Angeles stay!

I came for an NBA AllStar business event co-hosted by Nor Cal FDC, not an overnight stay. The lounge opened onto a big patio beside the courtyard and atrium, and the staff were attentive and excellent. The open bar had a strong selection of drinks, wine, and cocktails. The hors d'oeuvres were great too, with everything from crab cakes and shrimp n couscous to scallops and quesadillas.
