The hotel was spotless and well kept throughout. The lobby, breakfast area, and pool were all sparkling clean. It may be relatively new, but every area looked especially tidy, and the staff were smiling and keeping things in order. Marge greeted us at check-in and was kind, sweet, and helpful. She made a wonderful first impression. I also met Kyle, who was kind, helpful, and humble, and Jerry was kind and helpful at checkout. I’d give this place more than five stars if I could. It’s a hotel I’d happily bring my family to.

Dennis and Berny made me feel like a valued Hilton rewards member as soon as I walked in. They were amazing and took great care of me. My room was clean, spacious, and smelled good, breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking. The location was great, and I felt very safe. I’ll definitely stay here on my next vacation.

The rates seemed really good for what you get and where the hotel is. It’s right by the interstate, so getting downtown or around other parts of Louisville was easy. The Hampton Inn felt modern and clean, the front desk team were pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was tidy and well stocked. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Louisville.

Using the app made the whole stay easy. I checked in and out there and used the digital key, so I never needed to stop at the desk. I also liked seeing “Welcome Courtney” on the TV when I came into the room. I picked this place after reading reviews about how clean it was, and it lived up to that. The building looked new and pristine, and as someone who usually worries about germs in hotels, I felt completely comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft, the staff I met were all lovely, and the spot by the interstate was convenient without much traffic or outdoor noise. Breakfast had lots of choices and everything I tried was delicious. My one personal snag was that the HVAC was so quiet I missed having white noise to sleep to. I used fan sounds on YouTube on the TV instead and slept just fine. If you need a fan sound too, bring one or use the TV. Hilton has been consistent and dependable for me, and I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Louisville.
