The Grand Motel Inn and Suite Louisville

Don’t stay here. I arrived to check in and found the office door locked. A note said to ring the doorbell for assistance, but I rang several times and nobody came. My first call to the hotel went unanswered. On the second call, the woman said she would contact the person running the office. I sat outside for almost an hour, then tried calling that number several times with no answer. I’d already paid for the room in advance, but ended up without a room for the night and out the money until I can see about a refund. Plain horrible. I definitely don’t recommend staying here.
