I’d only recommend staying here for a week at most. After almost a year and a half renting a room, I had to ask them to remove the taxes, which I thought should come off after 90 days when you’re considered a resident. They’d never taken them off. With the wardens being so attentive, the place also puts me in mind of a prison.

The room was rather small but decent, and the outside was very clean. The water pressure was the worst, though I guess it was okay otherwise. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant, spoke clearly, and explained things well. When I asked about switching rooms, he noted it and put in a request. I’m really upset about the no-pet policy. My dog’s papers were destroyed in the fire, so now I have to pay someone to watch her. She’s my PTSD dog and neither of us is doing well apart. I’ve seen several dogs without tags, so I’ll look into that in the morning. I feel sad and lost without her, and I don’t want to move because it looks bad.

The ladies in the front office were nice. But the white man on the first floor who’s always walking around with the dog needs to be fired. At 9:30 pm he banged on my car window like a maniac because we didn’t give him the answer he wanted, then slashed my tire. Don’t smoke or even sit in your car, because he’ll slash your tire. He needs to be fired!

This is my second stay, and I’d happily spend another week here. It’s quiet and peaceful, with shops and restaurants close by. The facilities are clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and patient. 🤩😘🤪
