Renovations have brought the place up to date, and it's clean and inexpensive. Nothing fancy, but it's not a roach motel either. A simple, decent place to sleep without fuss or frills.

The room was clean and had no bad smells. Housekeeping came by every day to tidy up. The price was good, there's a weekly rate, and it's close to everything.

MOD was nice enough, but the room was only mediocre and hadn't been cleaned very well. We found trash and a vape under a chair. The lighting was harsh, and there were no lamps by the bed. The mattress was too hard for my taste.

Everything moved in slow motion here. I booked online but didn't get the online rate when I arrived, and I couldn't get a refund. The TV had no HDMI port either. Awful.

The price was great, and parking was easy. What mattered most to me, though, was how clean the room and property were. The room was especially spacious and even smelled pleasant when I arrived. The staff were nice, too. I did have to walk up to the front in the rain to get a hairdryer, but that didn’t bother me. Clean rooms at a motel are a big deal, and fellow travelers know it.
