The Grand Motel

The beds were crisp and clean, and the room looked just like the pictures. I called ahead to say we'd be late checking in, and when we arrived they were right there with a key and ready to help us have a good stay. The water pressure was so strong it felt like it could take the hair off. Loved it, and I'll be back.

The pictures make this look grand, but it really isn't. For just getting some sleep on a bug-free bed, it might do. If you want a nice room, decent parking, or a good TV channel to relax with, keep looking. The floors were dirty. In the room we had, you'd need a flashlight to shower, though I was afraid of what I might see in there. There were human claw marks on the headboard.

I've had a great stay every time I've been here. The rooms have always been clean and cozy, and the staff are flexible if you need to arrive before check-in. I'd recommend it to anyone after a decent, affordable place in this lovely small town or the surrounding area.

The rooms were decent and clean, not bad for such a small town. Don't expect top quality, but if you're traveling or in the area for a hunting trip and just need somewhere to rest, it's not a bad option.
