I liked how relaxed and cozy the breakfast area felt. It was a nice place to take my time in the morning before heading out. The spread had waffles and other breakfast favorites, coffee, plus quick grab-and-go choices. Everything was clean, organized, and stocked, and the staff kept things refreshed and helped guests out. Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay at Mayflower. For a budget-friendly property, I noticed the care they put into the presentation and guest experience. Definitely make use of breakfast if you're staying there, it adds good value.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay at The Mayflower. It's quiet, and the doors use your own private code. The rooms are beautiful, with hardwood floors that give them a throwback feel, and they were immaculately clean. The saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" really fits this place. The host was extremely hospitable, and I was very pleased with my stay!

From the outside, this little motel looks ordinary, and you might expect another shoddy place. But it's newly renovated, the staff are spectacular, and I felt at home there in a way I haven't experienced elsewhere. The service was probably the best I've ever had. This is the only hotel or motel around Madison that I'd recommend or choose myself!

They charged me a $100 deposit for just one night and never returned it. I've tried calling, but nobody answers.

This motel is trashy. They don't clean the rooms during your stay, and there are no fresh towels or soap. The only good things are that they leave you alone and there's Wi-Fi.
