I wouldn't recommend the hospitality or guest service here, including room service. I'd give it a 2/10. If you're looking for a cheap place around town, or need somewhere to go while getting financially stable because of the economy, don't expect the best.

The customer service was god awful, and the room was infested with roaches. They rented it to me without sheets, and it was filthy, so I tried to clean it myself. The entire room was beyond dirty. I don't have words for the kind of filth I saw at this hotel.

Tyshawn made check-in a great experience. He's one of the best people I've met in the hotel business, truly amazing, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. I really appreciate him.

The place felt sketchy, and the rooms made me worry there were bugs everywhere. There was no shower curtain or trash can, and although it's a non-smoking property, the rooms smelled like someone had smoked in them. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

Tyshawn, Laura, Jay, and Ryan always look out for me and my family. They even surprised me for my birthday. They really care about the residents, and whenever I come to Economy Hotel, they make me feel welcome. They’re wonderful staff, like guardian angels to me.
