I had to stay here for over a week, and eventually moved to a different location because this place was so bad. The women at the front desk were very nice and tried to help, but the amount of work the property needs is beyond them. My room was dirty when I arrived, the bed sagged, the carpet was stained, and the hallway was filthy. My key cards stopped working every day. I requested room service, but it never came. The AC filters were so dirty I didn’t use it, and the bathroom sink was clogged on the first day. The dressers were too dirty to use. I bought my own sheets and pillowcases, skipped the AC, and brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink. Management needs to turn over every room. Paying for this kind of service is unacceptable. Don’t book here.

This place feels more like home than a hotel, and we love it. Kenya, the manager, is amazing, and everyone from concierge to housekeeping and maintenance is top notch. Toni, Dymon, and David deserve a shout-out for their hard work and classy customer service. I’d recommend extended stay America Chastain Rd over any other local accommodations, hands down. Thanks for being awesome!

Miss Kenya and her staff do a wonderful job taking care of us. She makes a point of getting to know regulars and familiar faces, and the atmosphere feels friendly and warm. I’m enjoying my stay here for now and would recommend it for a trip or vacation if you want to be close to the city.

Kenya is the best! She was so attentive to what my family needed, and the whole staff was fantastic. The office was extremely clean, and the office staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend it. Woot woot! 💕💕😎😎😎
