Nicole, the manager at InTown Suites in Kennesaw, made a stressful move much easier. I came to the area for work and, while struggling to find an apartment, chose an extended-stay hotel to give myself time to look. She wasn't on duty when I first checked in, but followed up personally when she returned and made sure I had the information I needed. Because I work nights and sleep during the day, the usual 11 a.m. checkout was difficult. Nicole was thoughtful and flexible, letting me come in later in the afternoon so I could get proper rest. She was consistently warm, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. She's a real asset to the team. Highly recommend!

Omg, Nacole is the best. She's helped me with every question and is always helpful, with no attitude or rudeness. She looks out for every child here, too. The property is as clean as it can be, and I love everything she does here and for me. Well done, Nacole. You can't be replaced 🥰🥰

Nicole, the property manager at Intown Suites, deserves a huge shoutout. She worked with me at every step and made sure things went smoothly. When there was a booking error, she fixed it right away, quickly and professionally. Her kindness and willingness to help are what great customer service and genuine Southern hospitality look like. People like her make all the difference. Thank you, Nicole!

This was my first stay at In Town Suites, and the first couple of days were rough because my room smelled strongly of cigarettes and made me sick. I went to the front desk and explained it to Nicole. She asked, “what can I do to make your stay more comfortable?” Her response really impressed me. Her customer service was excellent, and still is. She didn't seem irritated or give me attitude. She kept smiling, moved me to another room, and told me to let her know if anything else came up. Nicole is amazing, and we need more people like her working with the public. Big thumbs up, Miss Nicole. You rock!

I love this InTown Suite. The rooms are always clean, and whenever they clean, they make sure to check the fire alarm and AC filters. The service is top tier. Ms.Nicole, the property manager, is professional and great at what she does.
