I’d tell people to check every booking detail carefully, because I got no help when something went wrong. Within 15 minutes of receiving my confirmation email, I noticed I’d booked the wrong date, even though the reservation was still three weeks away. I contacted both the hotel and Choice Hotels right away, expecting an easy correction. Neither would assist. They said the reservation was already paid and couldn’t be changed. There was no flexibility or effort to help, despite how quickly I reported the mistake. The lack of support was very disappointing.

For the price, you get a lot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely updated, and the whole place was much better kept than I expected. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night and didn’t try all the extra amenities, but I’d definitely return if I’m in the area. I really enjoyed the stay.

Logan and Amanda deserve a special 5 star mention for outstanding customer service. We had a wonderful time, with nice rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a great location. Highly recommended.

The stay was somewhat disappointing, especially for the room price, which was above advantage and more than I pay in Tucson. Breakfast wasn’t up to Choice hotel standards: when I asked the two people talking at the front desk about bacon or sausage, there was only egg in the warmer, and I waited a long time for one of them to cook bacon. The TV volume was turned down so low I couldn’t hear it over the AC. The manager came to the room to override the controls, worried the TV might bother other guests, though workers staying there made a lot of noise early in the morning, and there was road traffic too.
