Deluxe Inn Airport

I was punched in the face by a man who also tried to snatch my phone. Police came the night after the assault to arrest him. The owner then visited my room to ask what happened. I didn't want to talk much, so I offered to show him the video I'd already shown police. He said I could stay there, but when I chose to leave for a better hotel, a woman who worked there said I had ruined the man's life. She defended him by saying he'd lived there for years without problems, even though a male employee had told me the man had a serious drinking problem and wasn't fully in his right mind. The woman made a scene and tried to get the people helping me gather my things to pay for a room there. She'd just said nasty things to me and was horrible to deal with. The same man had also assaulted another woman at that location, and the employee even asked me to drop the charges or find a way to get him released so he could return. On top of that, a short Hispanic maintenance man who also lives on the property disturbed and disgusted me by asking me to go back to his hotel room as I walked back from the gas station a minute away. The owner seemed sweet, but overall I'd strongly recommend staying away. They care more about money and losing a big spender than anything else. The place isn't worth the price, and there are plenty of better options for less. I'm sure the Lord will shut this business down very soon.
