Ramona made the stay for me. She was stationed in the breakfast area, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a heartfelt good morning. Her service was top tier, and she made it feel like we were staying at a relative’s house. The included breakfast was fresh, hot, and constantly replenished, better than some sit-down restaurants. The studio-style room was clean and spacious. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at outside of all-inclusive resorts abroad. I’d definitely recommend it over the other places in the Medford area.

Booked a one-night stay through Agoda and had a pleasant visit. There’s plenty of paid parking underground and behind the building, at $15 a day. The front office staff and the people serving breakfast were lovely and kind. The room was well equipped for a rest, with a comfortable bed and complete amenities, and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great, and Romona was the highlight. She works tirelessly getting everything ready and setting up tables, always with a lovely smile and warm presence. Management, if you’re reading this, give her a raise. She’s a big reason we keep booking Hyatt Medford. Our king room was very clean and spacious, more like a suite, with a living area, desk, and couch. Five stars!

We’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one impressed us in every way. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and Ramona made sure everyone was served and comfortable, with real professionalism. Check-in at the front desk was very fast, and the staff knew the hotel well and were helpful about the area. This is our favorite place when we go into Boston.

I just needed somewhere nice to sleep after arriving late and tired. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Luzary put me in a quieter room, and in the morning Ramona let me have breakfast a little early so I could get to the airport without worrying. Thank you!
