Hilton Memphis

The front desk staff were kind and really helpful, and our next room thankfully looked fine. But our first room had bed bugs in the drawers, on the bed, and along the headboard. That ruined the mood, and for a Hilton I expected better. One outlet in the next room didn’t work, either, and a cracked shower tile let water cover the floor. My wife and I were there for a work trip. The service was great and everyone was very friendly, but the building needs some help. I can’t recommend this place after what we experienced. Hopefully they fix these problems. The staff were awesome, but man, the bugs were a killer.

The team made our Global Sales Meeting run smoothly. Aasia, Elijah, Greg, Leresa, the Banquet Manager, and Howard were attentive, professional, kind, and always ahead of what we needed. Their behind-the-scenes work deserves recognition. Nicole was a joy to work with too, staying organized, responsive, and supportive throughout. Her eye for detail helped make the event a success. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and Quita and Janette at the Provisions restaurant made each visit feel personal and warm. The rooms were comfortable and flexible for a large corporate gathering, and the lobby became a favorite spot during the week. We even had a DJ there one night, a fun surprise that meant we could spend time together without leaving the hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or crew. We’d gladly hold another event here and recommend Hilton Memphis for corporate meetings or conferences.

Chef Kaniesha’s food was great, and I was never disappointed. I also want to thank Kareem, the shuttle driver. He saw me scraping ice off my car with a plastic plate from home, then struggling to dig the tires out of the snowy, icy parking spot. He came over with a shovel and cleared it so I could get to work. I really appreciate his kindness.

The place feels clean, modern, and safe, with several dining options. Everyone, from the GM and front desk managers to the food service crew and everyone in between, has been incredibly helpful. If you’re staying in Memphis, stay here.
