I truly appreciate and love this place. You make sure customers are always comfortable, and I give you an A+ every time. The rules are on point, and the units look comfortable and have everything a person needs. They really look like apartments. As long as rent is paid on time, living here is awesome.

There are roaches, and it's loud, with traffic, big trucks, trains, and everything else.

The place is clean, and the customer service is awesome.

The neighborhood is quiet, but the carpet looks like it may not have had a professional cleaning in years. Don't walk around without socks. I’ve stayed here before, and I’d suggest taking pictures of the room before and after checkout to document its condition, and keeping the receipt for every payment. If they start asking intrusive questions about where you work or your income, simply tell them that’s private and personal. They should be concerned with whether you pay for the room.

Savannah is rude and very unprofessional. She won't let you speak to her manager. Ask a group of tenants what they think. She needs hospitality training. Remove her and you might get tenants.
