The staff were humble and treated everyone I saw with respect. My room had plenty of space for my luggage and other things, and the third-floor window had a nice view. I enjoyed watching planes land at the airport right behind the building. It was a peaceful, quiet, relaxing stay, and easy on the wallet too. Sincerely, Room 210.

Maintenance, housekeeping, and the overnight service have excellent customer service. I just wish housekeeping followed a more consistent schedule. I’ve stayed here for a while to get some peace of mind from my personal life, but the noise can be aggravating. Kids make some noise, which I expect, though some guests could be more considerate of people’s work hours. The doors also hardly work, and people hang around at all hours. Since I work nights, it’s frustrating and feels unsafe to stand outside trying the door again and again, then walk around to every entrance until one finally opens. The insect problem could be handled better, though I know guests can’t be monitored all the time. My worst experience has been with the front desk clerk, Asia. She’s rude, loud, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. She gets loud with people in front of other guests and discusses their personal information, making assumptions about their lives and why they’re staying here. She’s tried to overcharge me several times, and I had to correct her. Once, while barely helping me, she commented during a personal phone call that she couldn’t stand these people, was sick of dealing with customers, and wanted to get her real estate license so she could leave the job. That was very unprofessional to say in front of guests. She should have put the call on hold or ended it to help me. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather pay a late fee than deal with her if she’s at the desk. The manager has an attitude too, though that’s improved during my stay.

The room was very clean, and the staff were professional and very nice. Still, I won’t return. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis, and noise went on all night, with banging, slamming doors, and stomping. I didn’t get to sleep until after 2:35 a.m. The bed was so uncomfortable it hurt my back. Being next to the Express way was annoying, as were the flashing police lights. Our key card wouldn’t let us in through the front because the entry was malfunctioning. The stay was okay overall, but if you need to rest, this is NOT the place to go.

The room itself was nice, but service and cleanliness were a fail. I saw roaches. After I’d already paid cash, I went to the front desk to ask for another room. The woman said they had only three rooms left that night, all under reservations, then handed me bug spray and said she sees roaches in her rooms from time to time. I asked about getting my money back and was told to come Monday to see the on-site manager. Do NOT get a room here.
