Limetree Inn & Suites

We were just passing through and stopped to eat. The restaurant has a buffet as well as items from the menu. The home-style food was delicious, especially the fried chicken and, surprisingly, the ribs were out of this world. The Southern atmosphere and hospitable staff made me want to come back.

The staff were polite, and the food was well above average. The room was a letdown, though. It had a musty smell that eased once I turned on the A/C, and the newer bathtub was clean. There was moldy coffee left in the pot from the last guest, and the bed and pillows were lumpy, though I've slept on worse. With so few places to stay, I picked this one based on its good reviews. For a two-star place, I wouldn't rate it higher. It wasn't too bad once I got to sleep.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I slept comfortably for two nights. It's a basic, no-frills room, but it was clean, quiet, and pet-friendly. The lunch buffet was delicious. I'd definitely stay again!

The staff were incredibly friendly, the mini-fridge worked well, and the pool was okay. That's why I gave it one star. The room was overpriced for what you get and needs a deep clean and update. It smelled bad, the A/C struggled to cool it, and cleaning its incredibly dirty filter helped only a little. The decor and fixtures were dated, and there were hardly any outlets. The bathroom was outdated, with water damage at the baseboards and mold on the shower curtain. I couldn't tell if it was old, filthy, or both. The furniture was stained and unclean, and there were very visible stains on the linens. The fridge also smelled of takeout food. I think the place has potential.
