The owner lives onsite and is intrusive, often bothering the people who stay there and yelling when he talks. He goes on about trauma from his mother, says he's God and knows everything, and is very inappropriate and unprofessional. The reviews about him teaching you to clean the kitchen and speaking to you like a child are true. If you argue with him, he might offer you a gift and ask you not to leave a negative review, but people have a right to share their experience. The place costs more than it's worth. It is centrally located and has laundry onsite, but there are cracks in the house where insects can come out if you don't keep the AC running. The owner keeps the windows in all the rooms open to a preset level, so you can't close them. The complaints in other reviews about his lack of boundaries and hysterical behavior are true too. He should probably get a psychiatric evaluation.

It's a very nice, safe, clean place, and the host is friendly and helpful. The private, secure rooms each have an attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, table, closet, and TV. You can also use the washer and dryer. I'd highly recommend it for a business or pleasure trip.
The owner was warm and welcoming, and always made sure our needs were met. He even cooked spaghetti for us on the third night. The common area stayed clean and had plenty of things provided, like coffee, tea, sweets, and soda. We were very satisfied with our stay and felt it was worth the price. Highly recommended.
I stayed here for a month, and for a long stay near Jackson Hospital, I think it's the best place you can get. The rooms are comfortable and everything is neat and tidy. The common kitchen has almost everything needed to cook, especially Indian food, and it feels like home. The owner is super nice and always willing to help. I'd recommend it without a second thought.
The bathroom was great, and the room had the sort of comforts you'd expect at a regular hotel, only with a bit more character. There was a microwave and a decent-sized fridge in the room, so I only needed the shared downstairs kitchen for the stove or toaster. It was stocked with everything you might need, even ramen noodles for guests. The doors all use number locks, which made the place feel safe. I took off one star because the owner is very high energy and quite type A. He goes over basic house tasks like cleaning and laundry as if you don't already know how to do them. I appreciate that he cares about keeping things clean, and he means well, but his jittery manner, long talks about the rules, and tendency to get into your space were a lot for me, especially since I'm small. Still, it's a comfortable place with room for up to four people, as long as sharing two beds works for you.
