The rooms were dirty, and we found rotten food and other disgusting stuff under the bed. There were bed bugs too. They moved us, but the next room was even worse, so we left a week before our stay was supposed to end. The staff were rude, especially Rocco, who spoke disrespectfully and told us to “get a hold on our dog” as soon as we entered. Our dog only barked briefly because of loud people in the hallway, and we'd already been there a week without any other trouble from him. They call themselves pet friendly, but it sure didn't feel that way. Why not keep guests with pets on one side instead of mixing them with guests who don't have pets? Between the bugs, the dirt, and how Rocco treated us, this was the worst hotel stay of our lives. Avoid it, especially if you're traveling with pets or kids. Negative star review.

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after shopping, and there were lots of dinner choices nearby since it's close to the mall. Breakfast at the hotel was more than enough to get us going. We came from PA to visit my neice, and had everything we could need.

There's a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance, and the hotel is well located for our trip. Our room was clean and spacious, and we liked the breakfast choices. The only problem was the people upstairs pacing and jumping around from 11pm to 1am. We waited for it to quiet down, but it didn't, so I called the lobby. The staff member said she'd call them, and it was better about ten minutes later.

Parking could be awkward if you're driving a truck or large SUV, though the location is convenient. Check-in was quick and the person helping us was very nice. Our room was clean, but there was no conditioner, which seems to be an annoying Hilton trend. Affordable and clean, so a good option.

The location is good, close to Legoland and the shopping mall. The rooms were clean, and there wasn't a problem there, but the staff didn't feel welcoming. At 4am the fire alarm started ringing and everyone had to run outside with their kids. Nobody was there to explain what had happened. Breakfast was average too, nothing special. Just an average 3 star stay, nothing extraordinary like the reviews suggest.
