The Hub Middletown Red Bank, BW Signature Collection

I was in town for three nights in February 2026 to help a family member, and this was a very convenient place to stay. There was snow on the ground, so I can’t speak to the pool or landscaping. The staff were terrific, and the desk clerk was especially friendly, efficient, and helpful. I walked in for a last-minute room and got a very reasonable rate compared with other local hotels. I’d checked travel sites for availability before heading over, and the in-person rate was even better. The place was very clean and quiet, and the free breakfast was good. The coffee was hot, strong, and delicious.

We had a super cozy, homey stay, and everything went just right from arrival through departure. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend it. They also let you rent a room if you’re under 21, unlike most chain hotels.

We left with the best impression and would happily come back. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful, cozy, and clean. From arrival to checkout, everything felt just right. The staff were so kind and attentive, always glad to help. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to a staff member who was incredibly kind and helpful. Maria from housekeeping is an angel, smart, proactive, and always a step ahead. The hotel is clean and welcoming, with a great crowd of guests. The daytime staff are excellent, and Brianna especially stands out. She leads a tight ship and clearly cares about her team and guests. You can see her high standards in the details. This is hospitality done right. Highly recommend. Great job, Brianna and team, good stuff, Hub!
