The Applebee’s is attached to the hotel, so you can get lunch or dinner without going outside. As hotel guests we got 10% off our dinner bill, which was very convenient. The rooms were magnificent and very, very clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious for a hotel breakfast. Everything was a 10/10. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

We came up from New Jersey around Christmas to see the mansions, as we're members of the preservation society of Newport. The room was clean and modern, and the continental breakfast changed a little each day. I was especially impressed by the staff, everyone was helpful and kind. We're very satisfied and I'll stay here again. Thank you.

Breakfast had all the options, but none of it had much taste. Still, the decent price and location close to Newport make this good value for tourists, and I'd stay again. The rooms are nicely decorated, and there's a nice pool, hottub, and some arcade.

The balcony and staff were highlights for me. The hosts made things feel warm and welcoming, and the building and rooms were kept very clean. There was complimentary coffee throughout the day, and breakfast was consistently prepared. We had a positive stay.

My kids loved hanging out in the lobby by the fireplace and playing Uno. They have card and board games you can borrow. The buffet breakfast was a great surprise, and the hotel was clean, organized, and had friendly staff. A fun, friendly place.
