The hotel has reopened as The Marc after a conversion, though the updates felt like a light refresh rather than a full renovation. Its biggest draw is the location: it’s very convenient for the Baird Center, with a direct indoor skywalk. A solid choice for events there.

We were there for our daughter’s volleyball tournament at the Baird Center, and the location worked perfectly. A sky bridge connects it to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and service was great. Highly recommend.

The Marc is joined to the Baird Center by a Skywalk, and there are lots of restaurants a comfortable, safe walk away. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, and the staff were personable and went beyond what I expected. I’d highly recommend staying here for a function at the Baird Center.
