I usually stay here, and most times I book online for $45. This time I was having trouble with my phone, so I walked in and explained the situation. She refused to honor that rate, which upset me, so I took my business elsewhere. Hotels should recognize returning customers. Regular guests are the ones who keep the lights on, not random guests. I work in a hotel myself and would never fail to show appreciation for someone’s business. I have options, and that’s something to remember.

Total bait and switch. The sign says $32 a night, in East Indian, but they said those were special rooms and available, then told me it would be $47 a night. Judging by the pictures alone, I’d never stay there at that price. I’d be better off at a dumpy Motel 6.

Management has changed, and the improvement is surprising. The rooms are all cleaned, even the AC filters, and the parking lot is nice and clean with the yard trimmed. It’s not a place for anyone up to stupid illegal stuff. Give it a try and see how much better it’s become.

We paid $60 up front for our family reunion, and the room smelled like cigarettes, including the bedding. The front staff harassed and threatened us all night, saying we’d be kicked out without a refund and that their rent-a-cop would come by. We asked permission for a family member to visit briefly, as long as we were respectful and quiet. They still called us a problem room and threatened to have the rent-a-cops evict us. Rude, overpriced, and no room for returns. Ew. Never again. Unprofessional and unempathetic.
