We’ve stayed at plenty of places and never had a worse experience. Our autistic toddler is disabled, and this place wasn’t accommodating. The staff were unpleasant and showed no empathy. They wouldn’t refund $100 even though they gave us a dangerous room for our child, with unscreened windows that were easy to access and posed a risk of a fall. Planes and cars were so loud we got no sleep the first night. The second day was so bad we left during our stay, despite having paid, and they refused to refund the second night. We also paid to stay at Mariposa inn and suites, which was wonderful. We hadn’t even received the room we reserved, which was listed with a balcony and shown in photos. They said we had to call ahead to request one, even though we’d reserved far in advance. They said they wouldn’t refund the second night because it was too late for someone else to use the room, despite not being fully booked. They’re liers and cheap. The place had no luxury, no view, wasn’t quiet, and wasn’t kid or disability friendly. It wasn’t even that nice, breakfast was a joke, and the front desk service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I booked two separate days using two different cards. They charged me $250 deposit for each, a total of $500, and refused to return the deposits when I checked out. The woman at the front desk with the short curly hair said she was refunding one, but didn’t. She claimed there were stains on the curtains and floor, though the only colored drink I had was champagne. My receipt showed a $150 security deposit for damages, but she chose to charge an extra $100 per day and kept all $500. She claimed they had the carpet cleaned for $300 but had no receipt. I had to ask for a damage report to see if it was even true, and they kept my deposits, which were more than the cost of both nights combined. I was told the room was next to the freeway, so expect to be disturbed like other guests. When I asked for the Jacuzzi, she said it was rented for the whole week after first saying it was available. She also didn’t accommodate me. Lie after lie. I could say more, but won’t. Don’t stay here unless you want to be bribed or have your money stolen.

The property was quaint and the grounds were well kept. Our room was large, with comfortable beds, and even though it faced the road, we didn’t hear noise. Breakfast was decent.

I called around 3:30 am on September 23rd to book a room, and this was the first place I contacted. The guy on the phone seemed eager to get my credit card information and put me off. When I said I’d check other places and call back, he hung up. I looked around and would have called again to book, but the rude service changed my mind. After reading some reviews, I’m glad to spend more than I planned for somewhere better.
