We got in late, and if it hadn’t been so late, I would have gone elsewhere and asked for a refund. The room was only halfway decent, and the staff member, who I assume was the owner or manager, was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. He came over to tell my friend and me to pull our car closer. My friend tried, but the car was new and its sensors warned him not to get closer to the curb. The worker then complained that he had to “babysit adults,” called us difficult, and told him to ignore the sensor. I said we were already fully in our space and weren’t taking up extra room, but he said we were “just as bad” as other adults he had to babysit. This happened around 10 p.m., while cigarette-smoking employees were accosting us when all we wanted was to go to bed. The low reviews are there for a reason. Avoid this place if you can, and spend a little more somewhere you won’t be treated that way.

The room was decent and the hotel was in a nice location. The woman at the desk the next morning was polite and helpful. But the man at the front desk the night before was rude, combative, and confrontational the whole time. He spoke to us, especially me, as though we weren’t smart enough to understand, even when we asked him to clarify. It took my boyfriend speaking up before he gave us the information we needed to get to our room. His disrespect and lack of basic decency made it hard to feel safe or comfortable.

The managers want guests to enjoy their stay, and they enforce a quiet period, usually after 10 p.m. If someone is loud, whether it’s a TV or noisy kids, they’ll politely let them know. I’ve stayed places where excited kids ran back and forth for hours or people in the next room smoked or celebrated late while we were trying to sleep. You can feel confident you’ll get a restful night here.

The bathroom was in awful shape. The shower pressure was abysmal, and the shower head was disgusting. The AC was very dated and seemed close to giving out. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude and disturbed other guests late at night to ask them to move their cars. The service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this motel or ever come back.
