Hampton Inn Morristown, I-81

Thank you to everyone at The Hampton Inn - Morristown, TN (Winners Circle Rd.). The staff made for an excellent stay, especially Kirsti. In the company I run, we call someone like her a “critical asset.” Business owners know these employees can help a company operate and grow as if it were their own, so you do what you can to keep them happy, healthy, and motivated. Hilton Worldwide, do you hear me? Kirsti's attention to detail and conscientiousness weren't the result of training. Those qualities are part of who she is, and they can't be taught or copied. People like this should be paid well, get bonuses, and be recognized throughout the year for their exceptional work. Sadly, especially in hospitality, I see fewer and fewer of them, largely because many “hotel chains” pay as little as possible.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this Hilton deserves one. I'm a diamond member and stay at Hiltons often. This one gets five stars for great service and a great breakfast.

We've stayed at the I-81 Morristown, TN multiple times and have been very pleased with the room amenities, comfort, and staff service. This visit, though, there was a lot of vehicle noise from the Interstate, State hwy, and parking area. It made it difficult to sleep.

This may be my favorite Hampton Inn location so far. We stay at Hampton Inns often, and I usually don't leave reviews, but the staff here stood out. Everyone we met was friendly, especially the cleaning staff and the gentleman looking after the breakfast bar. They interacted with our two young girls and made them smile. Even the voices coming over the walkies sounded especially sweet and friendly.
