Zion Mountain Ranch

We had a wonderful family getaway at Zion Mountain Ranch. Our spacious, very clean cabin had WiFi and a full kitchen, which made things easy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The boys' horseback ride was peaceful, well organized, and suited their experience level. We also booked the buffalo feeding, and getting up close to feed them was unforgettable for all of us. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, memorable trip.

The cabin was lovely, solid wood throughout, clean, and smelled great. In early February the place was mostly empty, so we had a peaceful stay, and the weather was perfect in the middle of the day. We enjoyed meeting the bison and going on the trail ride. Everyone at the ranch was super pleasant, and the shower had great water pressure.

The drive to Springdale and Zion National Park was one of the prettiest I've ever taken. The 30-40 minutes really isn't too far when the scenery is that breathtaking. Our cabin was cozy and warm, though the bathroom got a little chilly, so we left the doors open to circulate the warmth. Check-in was easy, and they let us in early. The young woman who checked us in was helpful and welcoming, though I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. We also loved the restaurant's decor and its amazing bison chili. It had beans, but we're Texan, so just kidding. Such a wonderful place, and we'd absolutely stay again.

Seeing and petting Rex and Emerald, the Great Pyrenees duo, was always a treat. We also loved seeing the horses, ponies, hens, and rooster each morning, and the bison grazing in the distance. The cabin was cozy and warm, Cordwood restaurant's food was delicious, and Zion National Park was a short drive away. We were truly sad to leave and would definitely stay again next time we visit.
