My company stayed with Janelle and her staff for six months without any complaints. They made us feel right at home. The place felt safe and secure, the beds were comfortable, and the neighbors were respectful. The smart TVs were big too. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Update: I got back into my room, and the manager was extremely apologetic. She'd been trying to relax after a long day and missed the phone, which could happen to anyone. We had a long talk the next day, and she's lovely. Just keep in mind the place isn't staffed around the clock if you'll be out very late. I'm glad I'm here 😊 At 9:35 p.m. I was locked outside the building for about half an hour. Somehow my key card had been uncoded, and no one answered when I called the after-hours number. I'm here on military travel and thought I might be sleeping in my car.

My family talked all year about coming back after our stay last year. It feels like an entire house, with loads of space and a fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, and full-size fridge. The kids love the turf “grass” and the homey atmosphere. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and the free laundry facilities are great. I wish this brand were in every city!

Janelle and Nina are phenomenal. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a wonderful full-size kitchen. I can't say enough good things about StayApt, and highly recommend staying here.
