We were here for three nights during the snow and ice storm, wanting to be near our new grandbaby in the NICU and hospital. The rooms were clean and the location was great. Emily was especially helpful, getting me through the challenge of pushing a very full cart all the way to my room. The staff were friendly and really cared about how the baby was doing. Each day when we returned, they asked for pictures. The Bistro was packed, so we didn’t get to eat there, but the staff communicated well and were trying to serve as many people as they could while so many were displaced by the weather. Parking was a bit steep, but it was a great experience during a difficult time. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but Emily is what made the stay memorable. She welcomed me warmly, answered all my questions, and went out of her way to make things easy and comfortable. She was professional and genuinely kind, with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. I felt valued as a guest. I’d definitely return and hope Emily helps me again.

The room was spacious and updated, and the whole property was clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful from check-in through checkout. Our first stay in Nashville was amazing, and we’d happily recommend the place.

She handled my car carefully and explained everything clearly. My car came back quickly in exactly the same condition, and her attention to detail stood out.
