The room was spotless, and the king suite with a city view looked gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, and they brought the down pillows I asked for. I also loved walking in to find my name and a welcome message on the TV. Valet parking was great, and every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. The evening mixer had complimentary cocktails and appetizers, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and well run. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Nashville for Bruins hockey.

We had a great four-night stay in early February. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable, and it was easy to walk to places like the Ryman Audutorium, Country Music Hall of Fame museum, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway St. shops and bars, Music City Center, Music Row and The Musicians Hall of Fame. The city felt clean and walkable while we were there. There’s a heated 3 ft pool at the rooftop overlook with fabulous views, plus a fitness center with basic weights, treadmills and cycles. They offered snacks and drinks in the evening and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning. Michelle at the omelet station was especially thoughtful and made great omelets. She stayed observant even while busy. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating throughout. Thank you for the fantastic service!

We were at the Embassy Suites downtown during Nashville’s January 2026 ice storm, when the hotel took in many local residents at the last minute. The staff handled it with patience and kindness. Our room was clean and spacious, with spectacular downtown views. Breakfast and happy hour were consistently well stocked the whole time they were open, and they worked hard to turn the tables without running out of anything. Happy hour included snacks and drinks. I’d recommend staying here if you want to be downtown.

The buffet-style continental breakfast was amazing, and the staff were extremely nice. It’s very convenient for Broadway and has lots of amenities and perks. There are two places to eat here, one a banana restaurant and the other a rooftop bar with a light menu.

Breakfast is what keeps bringing me back, especially the made-to-order omelets. Christy and Michelle were so warm and attentive, and that personal welcome made my mornings and the whole trip feel special. This was my third stay, and they exceeded expectations again. The hotel itself is very nice, and the downtown location makes getting around easy, with everything close by. Thanks to Christy and Michelle. I’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t miss breakfast.
