Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

The staff were wonderful during our week at Hyatt House in Nashville. Everyone was friendly and available whenever my husband or I needed anything. We came to Nashville to get married, and were upgraded as soon as we checked in. A special thank you to manager Shakira. She went above and beyond, and by the end of the trip she honestly felt like a friend. We'll miss her. She made our stay memorable. It's a short 10-minute walk to Broadway.

Our return flights were canceled, so we booked another night online. About an hour later, the hotel called to say they'd found the passports we'd left in the room safe and would have them at the front desk when we returned. They even cleaned our original room and put us back in it, although we'd booked a less expensive room. I'm so grateful to whoever found the passports and to the hotel for looking after us and making sure everything was clean when we came back. My family and I had a great stay at The Hyatt House Nashville Downtown in early November. Check-in and checkout were easy, and local attractions were a reasonable walk away. The lobby had plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere, the lobby bar looked beautiful, and breakfast was good. The pool and gym were clean and up to date; the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center and would stay again.

We were about a 20-minute walk from the Ryman, where we went to see Old Crow Medicine Show. The hotel has an architectural character and is in a lively area, yet it didn't break the bank. We stayed two nights and loved it. The pool was great, the bar was good, and our young bartender was polite and capable. Breakfast is free, and one of the kitchen staff made amazing scrambled eggs with bell peppers, terrific sausage, and gave great service.

We felt at home in the surprisingly spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel was spotless, well located, and the staff were really friendly. Their suggestions for places to eat and things to see nearby made the trip better. This place is absolutely lovely, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
