Jo at the front desk made my daughter's 16th birthday stay extra special with balloons and treats in the room, and explained the hotel's Leonardo and fashion history. The staff were remarkable. Our remodeled room was beautiful and looked out over Bryan Park. We could barely hear the remodeling work from our room. The location was ideal for our focus on shows, with an easy walk back and forth to Time Square and the subway handy for visiting other parts of the city. We had an excellent stay at The Bryant Park Hotel and will go back. I highly recommend it.

Quiva and Julio made this stay for us. They listened to what we liked and came back with restaurant tips and new places to check out. We were there during the Jan 23-27, 2026 snowstorm, and the Bryant Park Hotel was a great base: easy to walk to theaters and major sights, with local restaurants a little farther out. Our room was clean and a bit roomier than a typical NYC hotel room, and the bed was comfy with soft, thick towels. The coffee and muffins each morning were a nice bonus. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Getting around was easy from here, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby and most places within walking distance. We upgraded to a suite overlooking Bryant Park, and it worked well for both sleeping and getting work done. The bed was great, the robes were nice, and there was always something interesting to watch from the window. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from the doorman with the big doors to the people at the front desk.

We were in NYC for my wife’s birthday, and the Bryant Park staff helped make it a memorable celebration. Our junior suite had a lovely view of the Christmas market at Bryant Park, and the room was spotless and nicely furnished. The location put us right in the middle of Bryant Park, between Herald Square and Times Square. From check-in through departure, the stay was wonderful. Thanks for making her birthday so special. I’d highly recommend the Bryant Park Hotel to anyone visiting NYC.

The staff made me feel welcome even before I arrived. I told them I was coming to see the Bryant Park Winter Village before the crowds, and they were excited about my plans and suggested a room that would suit the visit. The hotel is right across the street from the village, and it was also an easy walk to the rest of my destinations. I only stayed one night, but I was glad I chose an upgraded room, and the staff I met were all friendly. After I landed at LaGuardia, the Uber Shuttle dropped me nearby. I left my bags with the concierge, used the lounge bathroom to freshen up, and headed out to explore. When I called on my way back, they put my suitcase in the room, so I just collected my keys and went upstairs. The hallway felt a little quirky, which seemed fitting for an older building, but the room was a surprise: on the third floor, with two windows facing the Winter Village and the Library. It had a king bed, couch, and extra seating, plus a large soaking tub separate from the walk-in shower. It was a distinctive room, and though the price reflected that, it was a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing. The next morning I stayed in my robe and slippers for a while. As someone from Florida, I found the chilly New York autumn especially cold, so I called the front desk to ask how long the free coffee and muffin breakfast would be offered. I joked with Jo, the desk attendant, that I wasn't ready to get dressed and might come down in my robe. We laughed, and later she called back to ask what I wanted and brought it to my room. Such a nice surprise.
