The room was clean and well organized, with everything I needed: water bottles, coffee, tea, cups, and even a blow drier, which I've often found missing in hotel rooms. They also gave out a generous breakfast bag in the morning. The location was great, and the service was super friendly. I had an amazing experience.

I was here for business and came away impressed. The woman at the front desk was fantastic, which is a very good sign. I was also able to get an Uber from here to the airport for $65 and some change. I'll definitely stay here.

The room itself was fine: clean, comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, good water pressure and hot water, a quiet room, fast elevator, and a safe area. The metro station is less than a five-minute walk away. But I wouldn't stay here again if breakfast were included. Breakfast service was horrendous. It isn't continental, so you choose one item from the menu, and you have to ask the front desk for a voucher every morning. Even on a good day, it takes about 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and they run out of ingredients as the morning goes on. Our breakfast was included with the room.

I came here while my husband was in NYC for cardiac surgery. Sean, the Front Desk Supervisor, was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make things easier and keep my stay smooth. The staff are what make this hotel worth five stars.

The valet parking worked beautifully, and the room was fresh. Service was great too. Construction did cause some delays with only one elevator running, but everything else felt like Hilton quality. Thanks to the whole team.
