Untitled at 3 Freeman Alley

We loved our stay at the beautiful hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the rooftop had an amazing view. The location made it easy to get around the city, in a nice little area that felt trendy without being too expensive. Great quality all around and a good price. Breakfast pastries and cakes were extremely good, and the coffee was the best I tasted in NYC during our entire stay. I’ll miss that perfect morning coffee. Thanks to all the Untitled team.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and keep coming back. The location is great, the staff professional, and everything very clean. We love the coffee and pastries each morning too. Timmy was friendly and informative when we met him last night, and Julia made me a delicious mocktail even though it wasn’t on the menu. We’ll keep choosing this place on our NYC trips, and you should too!

The 24 hour lobby market had all kinds of international snacks, and the hotel’s tattoo parlor and instrument rental area were such cool surprises. My friend and I spent the weekend here, and Tim, the GM, was so great. The hotel felt clean, chic, artsy, and versatile, with superb service around the clock. We loved the bar upstairs for its drinks, appetizers, views, and amazing staff, along with the coffee and pastries downstairs in the morning. I was amazed by all the amenities and will definitely come back on my next New York trip.

Traveling alone to manhattan as a woman in my 20s, I found this a perfect place to stay. I rarely leave reviews, but this hidden gem is worth one. The location is excellent, and the space is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a stylish, artsy feel and a tucked-away location. Tim, the manager, answered my questions and told me about the cafe and rooftop bar. He handled my requests quickly and thoughtfully, including a room change, and made sure I was comfortable and got my money’s worth. The service was excellent, and I’d recommend the hotel and keep coming back.
