Nice, clean room, and the front desk clerk was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi. I couldn't connect.

I didn't stay there myself, but a friend stayed for a week on two separate occasions. The location isn't bad, depending on what you're after, so do your research. The rooms are dated, with TVs no bigger than 28 inches and tiny microwaves. Cracks, old paint, exposed wires, old everything, give the impression they don't put much back into the building. The bathroom window depends on the room: one section faces a large apartment complex lot where people start leaving around 4:30-5, so that's your alarm clock. Other sections look at a wall or an unkempt field. The front room window opens straight onto their parking lot, and cars often park right against it because there are no bumpers or stopping poles. Then, literally two days before my friend checked out on his second trip, he found cockroaches near the microwave, and on further inspection, a bedbug. I'm no Einstein, but those bugs don't travel single file. Please note they also own the TRAVEL LODGE directly next door, after denying that there were any critter problems.

The room had cracked walls, broken ceilings, peeling wallpaper, and dark yellow and reddish stains everywhere. The carpets smelled so strongly of mold and musk that it was hard to breathe. The sheets seemed like they hadn't been washed in months, and switching on the AC sent a wave of moldy stench at me. The bathroom couldn't be used, and there was an actual bloodstain on the radiator. Spiders crawled on the walls and ceilings, even near the bed. It felt like a horror movie set. I've never stayed in a filthier, more disgusting, or more hazardous motel. If you care even a little about your health, stay away. The manager, ASHISH, had the nerve to charge for a shack I felt was hazardous. He should be investigated and held accountable for endangering public health. These rooms aren't fit for animals, let alone paying guests. You can look at the pictures for yourself. Mine show what I experienced, and I'll upload my Expedia receipt and Google timeline as proof I was a paying guest. On July 1st, after working more than 10 hours, I left the office at 4:30 PM and drove nearly seven hours to Niagara Falls. I was exhausted and needed somewhere to lie down. I booked this motel while driving, something I wouldn't have done in my right mind if I hadn't been so tired. I checked in around 11:15 PM, left briefly for food at 11:35 PM, and got back at 11:51 PM. I tried to rest in what felt like hell, but after less than an hour of trying to tolerate the conditions, I asked Ashish for a partial refund, not a full one. I politely requested 40-50% back because I'd used the room for less than 90 minutes and couldn't stay in a room that was clearly uninhabitable. He refused. I didn't have the energy to argue, so I left for another hotel and paid for two hotels in one night. That's the professionalism Ashish offers. Calling my account fraudulent is ridiculous. I left an honest, detailed review supported by photos and timeline evidence. Don't bring up terms and conditions when you can't provide a room that's safe, clean, or fit for people to occupy. The basic agreement is that I pay for a clean, healthy room and service. I didn't get that, so I asked for what was fair. This was never about the money. It's about principle, and people deserve to know what happened.

The room smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, and it didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed. I found three bed bugs as soon as I looked around, and took photos and videos. At first they said they’d refund me, but now they’re claiming it wasn’t their room and that I faked the evidence. Their response saying I had no proof is ridiculous. I showed both workers, and one of them took a picture each time. I also have video of the female worker getting mouthy and telling me I wouldn’t get a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of owners and workers are these? Bad motel. Don’t book here.
