The staff, especially the front desk manager, were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and bar were great. I only booked because I needed somewhere near the airport and wasn’t expecting much, but the place really surprised me. Inside looked newly remodeled, almost brand new, and the room and bed were awesome. I’d recommend it 10/10.

I was here for four days for a conference, basically around the clock, and the employees made a real difference. From housekeeping and the front desk to the banquet team, everyone was kind and a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were great too. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this room was dirty and beat up. The hotel looked very worn, and the photos show water damage and other assorted problems. The brand’s pictures must be heavily edited or really old, because the place was not clean at all.

Marriott seems to have gone all out on the refurbishment, and the property now feels worthy of the name. I was pleased with everything I saw. It’s also easy to get to I-26. The hotel has changed names and branding several times over the years.

The lobby and club lounge were great, and the bar restaurants served impressive hotel food, both in quality and preparation. They had several local beers on tap, with the Pilsner my favorite. My one issue was the A/C compressor never starting, so the room stayed at 75F with the fan running.
