Hampton Inn & Suites Ocala - Belleview

The breakfast was very nice, and the whole place feels brand new after the renovation. Our room was spotless, with hard floors instead of carpet, which I love. The air smelled fresh when we walked in. Honestly, it's the best one I've stayed at so far since visiting from NY.

The new look can't make up for how unpleasant this stay was. The old heating and air-conditioning unit ran constantly and was so loud that it sounded like driving on the highway with every car window open. The evening desk clerk was unpleasant from the start. I arrived after midnight, checked in online, and used the digital key, then asked at the desk for a bottle of water. Honors members are supposed to get two, but she lectured me that she only gives them at check-in and would charge otherwise. If I check in on the app and use a digital key, is it supposed to squeeze the bottle through my phone? This is also the first Hampton Inn I've stayed at with a fridge so tiny you can't fit anything in it. I left with a bad feeling. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

For the price, this was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was super clean, and the staff were extremely friendly!

I spent one night here on a road trip, and the hotel is in the middle of remodeling. The updated rooms are modern and beautiful, and the location right off the highway is excellent. My S.D., Gia, and I got a warm welcome from Jayme, who was friendly and professional. I had the same great experience with Maria and Beatriz over the phone, as well as Sonia. I look forward to staying at this Hampton Inn again. Great job! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
