The bathroom and closet are huge, and the room is comfortable. Management has been really friendly, and the rates are great. I just moved in today and expect to stay here through my six-month project. If you're working in the area, I'd recommend it.

The price was right, and the room service was excellent. It was quiet, too, and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed for a week and didn't see any roaches, despite what some other reviews said. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had a flat-screen TV with DirecTV, HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime, along with a microwave, mini fridge, and clean restrooms. There are a lot of workers like me staying here. For about $400 for the week, I wish they included free coffee or breakfast. I'd give the place 4 stars.

The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in months, and the toilet was dirty with a big roach in it. The place looked like a morgue. I was so desperate to sleep there that I had to buy insecticide and cleaner. I'd only stay if you had no other choice.

The people were very nice, but that doesn't make up for what the place is missing. Weather stripping was taped over the door to try to keep the air in, the TV kept cutting in and out, and the door was too small for its frame and barely latched. It's a budget inn, as the name says.
