Having a stove and full-size fridge made the room feel a lot like an apartment, and the other guests were always nice. I ended up here for a month while I was sick and couldn’t stay at home. The staff were kind, and I could ask the front desk if I needed anything. I’d stay again if I ever had to. I also liked needing a key to get into the building, since it felt safer. One night, I got startled awake because I think someone fell out of bed. 😂 The room attendant tried to come in while we were asleep, but the door was locked, so she moved on and asked other guests if they needed cleaning. It wasn’t a big deal since the lock kept her out, though calling the rooms first might work better if that’s possible.

I’ve stayed at other WoodSpring Suites locations, and they weren’t nearly as bad as this one. The room here was extremely bare: no coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, or anything else. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, and check-in felt outdated, with my ID copied and my phone number and email written on paper. You need a key to enter the building, and the desk sits between two glass doors. It felt unwelcoming and a little unsafe. The desk also closes after 11 PM. I was told that if my key got lost or demagnetized after that, I’d be out of luck until someone came back to make another one. I’ve never heard of a hotel running that way. I booked this because the reviews looked decent for the price, but I wouldn’t stay again. I canceled another reservation I had for a later date right after this experience. This place really missed the mark.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were fine, with a full-size refrigerator and two stovetop burners. There was no clock, hand towels, coffee pot, or coffee. I didn’t spot an ice machine, and the hallway floors could use some remodeling.

The room was spacious and clean when I checked in for work, visiting from Houston. I really liked having the full-size refrigerator and small stovetop. Margaret Martinez and Shianne were both amazing and so helpful. Whenever I see her, she greets me with a smile and asks if everything is okay or if I need anything. I recommend this hotel to all my coworkers.
