We were told we'd get a refund, but it never came, and the manager didn't call back despite several requests to speak with them. Even finding the hotel was a mess: the confirmation email had the wrong address, and nobody answered the phone, so I drove around for almost an hour. The room was dirty, the shower was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and there was poop on the bathroom door. It was a one-night stay and a bad experience. I'll never stay here or at any hotel affiliated with them again.

We got a good price, and breakfast was a welcome bonus with more than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the fresh sheets and towels were clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable too, with just a small bit of damage on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel feels new, cozy, and not too big, but has what you need. I'm not sure whether there's a pool, though it does have a nice fitness room. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. My husband and I were impressed during our night here visiting family, and we'll stay again next time we're in town.

Sam took great care of my family after booking.com messed up my reservation. She was patient and friendly, and this was easily my most enjoyable hotel stay. Our room and bathroom were spotless and spacious, and the whole floor was peaceful on a weekend evening. My wife feels the same way I do. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
