I barely slept two hours the first night. The walls are paper thin, and the people above me sounded like they were dropping heavy things every time they turned over. All night, it seemed like they were rearranging furniture. I asked to change rooms that night, but staff said no. I'm not sure a different room would have helped much. The room smelled awful, like formaldehyde mixed with cheap dollar-store cleaner. It was so strong I had to keep a window open. The bathroom smelled of mold and sewage. The trim at the bottom of the walls was swollen as if it had been very wet, there was a hole under the desk, and the walls were dirty with streaks of some kind of fluid. The shower wasn't much better. The tub felt slick, and I shudder to think what made it slimy. I couldn't find anywhere else nearby, or I would have eaten the cost of the second night to move. It's truly a disgusting place to stay. I'm not trying to be rude, just honest.

My husband and I have been staying at this Best Western for at least 20 years. Back then it was called the Travel Lodge. The location is easy, the place is clean, and the staff are great. Would recommend.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, with no carpeting. The breakfast was so-so, and I didn't try the pool. There's no gym. It's close to a Ralph's and a great value for the money.

I was charged $100 on FEB 11 for a deposit and told to wait 5-7 days for it back. Now they're saying they never took the money from my account. I had to put the money in my account myself and watched them charge me. The man, Micheal, who says he's the manager, now calls it a hold and says no money was taken. That's a lie, and this feels shady and unprofessional. I'm taking it up with corporate. This place scammed me out of my $100 deposit. If you HAVE to stay here, pay cash. Then you can get the deposit back the same day. GO TO A BETTER HOTEL!

Jonna at the front desk seemed pretty new, but she was willing to help and did a great job. The breakfast attendant was polite and welcoming. Motel-style places aren't usually my favorite, but this property surprised me.
