Greg made us feel so welcome, he’s an amazing host. The farm setting is quaint and just what I wanted for a getaway. Bodega Bay is only about 30 minutes away, with wineries even closer. I’m already hoping to come back soon.

Our room had a king bed, a deck, a rainfall shower, a flat screen TV, and Nespresso Coffee, which made it easy to settle in for our three day anniversary escape. Greg and Linda were the perfect hosts and took care of everything we needed. We were there in early October to revisit Occidental, Freestone, Bodega Bay, and Jenner, and to visit wineries that make a special effort with Zinfandel. Greg’s small Pinot Noir vineyard surrounds Pearlessence Vineyard Inn, and during harvest he might even put you to work. It’s a diamond in the rough. We’ll put Greg and Linda’s place at the top of the list next time we’re in this part of Sonoma County, and we will return.
